Cell Phone Registry Review
My third choice service is Cell Phone Registry. Despite its name , the Cell Phone Registry includes a huge database of land line number as well as cell phone numbers. This service is a real biggie – what it lacks in absolute quality, it more than makes up for in the scope of its database. At the last update Cell Phone Registry listed a staggering 253 Million phone numbers including nearly 18 million unlisted numbers. Their search engine allows you to query the database by phone number or by name, city and state.

I actually really liked the fact that Cell Phone Registry also returns a whole host of additional information as well as the number, address and name of the account holder. For instance, where its available, the engine also returns property records such as the purchase price, any court judgements or liens outstanding against that address and even who the mortgage provider was. However , although it was great fun to find out what my neighbors properties were worth this isnt really that useful information to the average number seeker, and I felt it was simply overkill.
My only real complaint though was that the interface wasnt as slick as my number 1 choice and the site seemed a bit sluggish, but that could just have been down to the general site usage at the time I tried it out.
Overall, I was very impressed with the Cell Phone Registry service I just felt it just wasnt quite as polished as the number 1 choice, but it does make a very respectable showing.
